Red Hill re-opened on April 1st. Extensive work was done, but no other details are available at this time.

Yellowstone Expedition 2010

The major family announcement:

We will be going to Yellowstone in the summer of 2010. The projected start date of the trip will be June 19, 2010 and the return date will be July 4, 2010. Stay tuned for more details.

Camping?

Who's Ready to Go Camping?

We are planning a family camping trip for the weekend of May 16th (before Memorial Day weekend). We will either be going to Red Hill (current status not clear) or Huntsville State Park. Please let me know if you would like to join us so we can plan accordingly.

Hello Again!

It's been a while since my last post, but I've been busy with Boy Scouts and Wood Badge. We will be celebrating Donna's birthday this Sunday at Granny's. I understand that chicken and dumplings are on the menu. Gift idea's can be found on her Amazon wish list.

We are still the Champions

Well only one other team showed up to compete against us and the judges called off the contest. We don't know yet if there will be another Gumbo Cookoff next year or if we will go down in history as the final champions of the International Gumbo Cookoff!
